Terms and Conditions – Cellar Fiesta 2025 Lucky Draw
By participating in the lucky draw, you agree to be bound by the specific rules and regulations associated with the promotion.
Participants must be 18 years old and above.
The promotion runs from 11 July 2025 to 13 July 2025, during Cellar Fiesta 2025 at Suntec City Convention. The live draw will take place on 16 July 2025 at 2:00 PM and will be announced on Marco Cellar’s Facebook and Instagram. Winners will also be notified via email and/or WhatsApp.
Ineligible Participants:
Employees of Teck Huat & Co (TH) and Marco Cellar (MC), and their immediate family members or relatives living in the same household;
Vendors, contractors, or partners directly involved in the draw, including their affiliates, employees, and family members;
Individuals not residing in Singapore;
Agents, distributors, or other commercial entities affiliated with TH/MC.
All entry forms must contain complete and valid contact details to qualify.
Each participant may win only one prize (either a daily or top prize) per draw.
Prizes will be forfeited and another winner will be selected if there is no response from winner within 14 days of notification.
Valid for weekday charters only (Mon to Thu), excluding public holidays and eves.
Limited to a 4-hour charter. Additional hours chargeable.
Max capacity: 10 persons. Extra guest(s) incur additional fees.
Complimentary water toys (kayak, paddle board, floating mats, Sublue scooter) available on advance request. Other items chargeable.
Date subject to availability.
Rescheduling must be made 3 days in advance, subject to availability.
In case of bad weather, the captain may postpone the charter for safety.
Valid for use by 31st August 2025.
