Refund Policy
Returns
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the provenance and quality of our products, wines that have been delivered and signed for are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they were damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exceptions
Delivery Coverage
We deliver across mainland Singapore, including most residential and commercial addresses. Deliveries to restricted areas (e.g. military zones, airports, offshore islands) may not be available. Please contact us before placing an order if you’re unsure.
Delivery Times
• Standard Delivery: Within 5 business days from order confirmation.
• Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12 PM, subject to additional charges, availability and location.
• Delivery Hours: Monday to Friday, 11 AM – 5 PM (excluding public holidays and weekend)
Delivery Fees
• Free Delivery for orders above SGD $200.
• Flat Fee of SGD $15 for orders below SGD $200.
• Express / Same-Day Delivery may incur additional charges, which will be displayed at checkout.
Receiving Your Order
• A recipient aged 18 or above must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.
• If no one is available at the time of delivery, unless with given written instructions to leave the wines unattended, we will contact you to reschedule. A redelivery fee of SGD $15 will apply.
Public Holidays & Peak Periods
During festive seasons or holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer due to high order volume. We advise placing orders early to avoid delays.
