Q. Do I need to sign up as a registered user to place an order?
No, you can opt for guest checkout if you do not wish to sign up for an account. However, as a registered user, you will be able to save your shipping and billing addresses.
Q. Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all parts of Singapore.
Q. When can I expect to get my order?
Your order will be delivered within 2-5 working days. There will be no delivery on weekends and public holidays.
Q.What is the minimum order for me to enjoy free delivery?
Q. We want to send gifts to our clients during the festive season. They are located in multiple locations. Can you handle this request?
Yes, we are able to handle this request. We have our own delivery team in place to ensure all your gifts are despatched in time. During peak festive seasons such as Christmas, we strongly encourage that you contact us at least 3 weeks in advance to discuss about your requirements and place your orders at least 2 weeks in advance so that we can schedule your delivery.
Q. Is there an ID check for alcohol deliveries?
Under the law of Singapore, the legal age to purchase and/or consume liquor and alcoholic beverages is 18 year and above. We reserve the right to request for a valid photo ID to verify that the recipient is above 18 years old.
