We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, vintages, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free. All products are subject to availability.
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. Full payment is required before delivery.
Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. Marco’s Cellar reserves the right to cancel or reject any order at our sole discretion, including for reasons of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

We do not accept returns for wines due to change of mind. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 3 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
At Marco’s Cellar, we make every effort to offer wines of sound quality and excellent provenance. However, we cannot guarantee the personal “drinkability” or taste preference of every bottle sold. As per industry standards, older or vintage wines are sold “as is” and are purchased at the buyer’s risk with regard to their condition and drinkability. This includes wines affected by natural aging processes.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or replacements for wines affected by TCA (“cork taint”). Cork taint is a naturally occurring fault caused during cork production and is entirely outside our control.
As such, no refunds or returns will be entertained for issues related to cork taint, taste preferences, or age-related characteristics.
Promotional codes, discounts, and vouchers are subject to specific terms and may not be combined unless stated. Marco’s Cellar reserves the right to modify or terminate any promotion at any time without notice.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Marco’s Cellar will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.
