Terms and Conditions – IG Giveaway

1. By participating in the giveaway, you agree to be bound by the specific rules and regulations associated with the promotion.
2. Participants must be 18 years old and above.
3. The giveaway runs from 31^st July 2025 to 9^th August 2025. The winner announcement will take place on 12^th August 2025 and will be announced on Marco Cellar’s Instagram.
4. Ineligible Participants:
  1. Employees of Teck Huat & Co (TH) and Marco Cellar (MC), and their immediate family members or relatives living in the same household;
  2. Vendors, contractors, or partners directly involved in the draw, including their affiliates, employees, and family members;
  3. Individuals not residing in Singapore;
  4. Agents, distributors, or other commercial entities affiliated with TH/MC.
5. Prizes will be forfeited and another winner will be selected if there is no response from winner within 14 days of notification.

7. Wine labels are predetermined and cannot be substituted, except in cases of damage or stock unavailability.
8. Prizes are not transferrable or exchangeable for cash or in kind.
9. Prizes have to be collected by winners at Teck Huat & Co office, unless otherwise stated.
