The predominance of Pinot Noir provides the structure that is so typically Veuve Clicquot, while a touch of Meunier rounds out the blend. Chardonnay adds the elegance and finesse essential in a perfectly balanced wine.
To ensure the quality and continuity of the Yellow Label’s style, the blend can be created with up to 45 % reserve wines. Veuve Clicquot has the largest and the most varied collection of reserve wines (400 wines, aged up to 30 years).

Yellow Label Brut cuvée reveals an aromatic profile dominated by notes of white and yellow fruits like pear, apple, and peach. Hints of citrus fruits like mandarin and grapefruit blend harmoniously with gourmand aromas of brioche.
Yellow Label Brut is structured by Pinot Noir, the true backbone of the wine. It offers flavors of pear, peach, and pastry enhanced by a touch of dried fruit from aging on lees, which gives it a true aromatic richness.

This has aromas of grapefruit, pomegranates, and biscuits. It’s honeyed and sleek with a medium body and supple bubbles. Soft and creamy finish. Majority pinot noir, with chardonnay and meunier. Around 40% reserve wines. 10g/l dosage. Drink now.
