Tasting notes: Beautiful, brilliant and deep ruby color. The nose is rich and complex combining notes of berry fruits black and spicy with more woody notes. The attack is ample with fat, volume and a nice sweetness. The Young and firm tannins provide a pleasant structure. On the mid-palate, this wine is dense and concentrated. The bouquet presents aromas of cherry and licorice with hints of mint and cocoa. Very beautiful aromatic persistence. A wine that will delight now and in the eight to ten coming years. Food Pairing: Beef, Veal, Venison, Poultry.
