• Palate: The wine has a lush, full-bodied mouthfeel with a supple texture. It displays ripe, concentrated black fruit flavors, with firm, well-integrated tannins. There are secondary notes of licorice, dark chocolate, and a touch of graphite, leading to a long, satisfying finish.

Food Pairing: Ideal with classic dishes such as grilled lamb, roast beef, or game. It also pairs well with hard cheeses like aged Comté or Parmesan.

Blackberry, blueberry and floral aromas follow through to a full body, tight and chewy tannins and a flavorful finish. Drink in 2023. A château to watch in the future.
