Tasting Notes: Rich and opulent aromas of blackberry, dark plum and black cherry fruits, layered with fruitcake spice, black liquorice, Old Jamaican chocolate, blackforest cake and a fair lick of cedary oak. Weighty, cedary and concentrated, with a deep fruit resonance, compact tannins, and cassis-rich finish. Display dominant blackcurrant and with its typical Cimicky Vineyard hand-harvested fruit flavours it delivers year after year delicious fig, Christmas cake, and blueberry fruit flavours. Underpinned by a deliciously luscious tannin structure its complex nature oozes quality and the need to consume more through its ability to entice is simply overwhelming.
