Tasting Notes: Rich and opulent aromas of blackberry, dark plum and black cherry fruits, layered with fruitcake spice, black liquorice, Old Jamaican chocolate, blackforest cake and a fair lick of cedary oak. Weighty, cedary and concentrated, with a deep fruit resonance, compact tannins, and cassis-rich finish.

Display dominant blackcurrant and with its typical Cimicky Vineyard hand-harvested fruit flavours it delivers year after year delicious fig, Christmas cake, and blueberry fruit flavours. Underpinned by a deliciously luscious tannin structure its complex nature oozes quality and the need to consume more through its ability to entice is simply overwhelming. The cellaring capacity is long, as it is, sensational and sumptuous mouthfeel.
