Winemaking: Manual in 18k boxes, All the varieties are harvested during April. Double selection of grapes and berries. Fermentation in French oak. Cold maceration for 7 days, liquid remains in direct contact with its skins for 28 days. Wine unfiltered. Remains 18 months in French oak barrels.
