Style: From a parcel of carefully selected Chardonnay. The team conducts a periodical tasting to ensure that only the optimum bunches are picked. Harvesting takes place during the night to preserve the purity of its fruit. Utilizing a gentle press to maximize fruit flavor and intensity, this wine is fermented in French oak to further its complexity.

Winemaker’s Comments: The wine displays a medium golden yellow while those exhibit aroma of pear, floral note, and vanillin characters.

The palate has a well-balanced acidity and a long rich finish. Lovely as an aperitif or pair with seafood and poultry dishes.
