Vineyards: El Cepillo, La Consulta, Mendoza. 1100 mts. Winemaking: Manual harvest. After the selection of grains and bunches, the vats are filled by gravity. First a pre-fermentation maceration takes place for 48 hours and then alcoholic fermentation begins at a controlled temperature. Then the juice is separated from the skins and the wine is sent to stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels for approximately 10 months. Tasting Notes Color: Deep purplish red color. Aromas: Spicy, fruity and complex. The aromas recall red fruits like blackberries, and flowers like violets. Some typical herbal notes from the El Cepillo region are presented. Taste: Balanced acidity, silky and elegant texture. With an important presence of ripe tannins.
