This wine is made from these grapes: 40% Macabeu, 40% Xarel·lo, 20% Parellada.
It is aged for 18-20 months in its bottle prior to releasing.
It is greenish in colour with some yellow overtones and has a lively effervescence and crown formation. On the nose, it has white and citrus fruit aromas, with nuances of sweet buns and fresh yeast. In the mouth, it is fresh and balanced.
This wine is best enjoyed with light-flavoured fishes such as dim sum, and acts as an excellent aperitif as well.
